Hehe but very happy to have the privilege to Exhibit with all the other amazing Artists that got into the South Perth Emerging Artist Awards 2009. Its still open till the 22nd of November and its a mixture of some amazing artists of all kinds of Medium.

What am I up too.
I’m scouting for financial help. Applied for a grant last friday but don’t think I was prepared enough to get it (my dreams are way too high sometimes). Its the most nerve wrecking thing for me writing a grant cos I sit down, dream about all the possibilities I’ll have if I receive it and then I hand it in and chew my nails off for 2 months. (I’ve only attacked one finger so far.)
Twitter Booklet – Micro Diary
I got given a booklet in Austria by an Wall Instrument Sculpture Artist from America who I can’t remember the name of (I have a funky picture of us with top notch glasses on though).

A good friend Shona Henderson ask me which piece in the ‘Art of Travel, India’ I liked the best. Which I answered ‘Shop Boxes.’ Unfortunately I couldn’t entirely share with her why I thought it was the best, as the images in this Blog don’t give you the opportunity to look up close to the images and explore the deep individualism of each image. So I though, as I explain to her, I would write some notes on my favourite piece and why.

Hi, Wow, always great to come to an absolute blank on your first ever Blog. Especially when it’s on yourself. ummmm Well I intend to use this blog for discussing thoughts on books, artworks and general jibber jabber on whats it all about. Then I’ll do the hokey pokey and I’ll turn around cosss That’s what its all about. According to Jimoen anyway. My main passions in life is Art and Photography. I am an emerging artist with my first Solo Exhibition coming up on 22nd June 2009 (How Fecken Exciting). The work I’ll be displaying is a visual photographic study on the Travellers Gaze.
